The deposit requirement applies to all domestic and foreign companies/employers that carry out work in the above-mentioned industry in Switzerland.

The companies/employers concerned will be notified by us in writing by email, fax or letter of the generally binding CLA deposit obligation and requested to pay a deposit before work begins.

However, it is the responsibility of the company to provide the deposit before the start of work and does not depend on whether or not it has received a request from CDAS.
